tough quote to wrap my mind around...
ReplyDelete- seems I need to get to know my students or they will never see me as a leader.
- implies that those students who have not "bonded" with me will only respond to external motivators
- really says something about that student that I get who transfers in at the tail end of the year...
- makes me wonder if it is true.
